The students in both Grade 5 classes expressed an interest to participate in the ISGR Winter Bazaar on Sunday 4th December 2011, and decided, democratically, to organize and run some activities for it. These activities will include a Winter Themed Treasure Map; the prize will be a Children’s Christmas Hamper Basket. The students also wanted to do the following two games: Name the Teddy and Guess the number of Lollies in the jar. Profits raised by the children from this venture will be used by the Grade 5 classes to organize a fun activity for the children later in the school year.
Angela Graham and Anjna Patel have kindly offered to help create the Winter Themed Treasure Map. The children will be able to add their personal touches at the end. We are asking you for a suggested donation of 20 kronor from each of the Grade 5 children to put towards these prizes. We would be grateful if you are able to send the money in by the end of this week (25th November) to give the Angela and Anjna time to purchase the items for the basket.
Thank you for your support,
Camilla and Christian

ReplyDeleteBtw, are we supposed to get some kind of progress report on how my child is doing in the class? She seems to be always working, but I am not seeing any feedback from you. Is this the IB programme??? Not from what I have read!!!
